Prodigy of the French electronic scene, @Fakearmusic was back again in our Studio B to mix a track with Jordan, set to be released soon. Heavy bass and an addictive beat: get ready!

The Hohner Clavinet E7 is back in the studio after a small modification and a bit of maintenance. With its front-facing tuning system and a pickup that captures all the metallic strings of the keyboard, the uniqueness of this model now lies in its Vintage Vibe Vibanet preamp.

For some time now, a new assistant has been lurking in the halls of QDS. Introducing Boogie, the studio’s sharpest ears, who checks every take, every mix, every note with the utmost precision: since joining the team, he’s the one who approves the final result!

While we are happy to work with established artists, we are also particularly pleased to see emerging talents. It’s an immense joy to be part of the debut album of the mindblowing Shibuuya!, a band about to shake up the jazz scene. The album is coming, and it’s pure fire!

The Farfisa Compact Deluxe is like a rockstar of organs. With its retro look and unmistakable sound, it became a favorite among many psychedelic rock and pop bands and an important instrument of afrobeat. A true classic that’s left its mark on countless legendary tracks.

The Lexicon 480L is a true gem in the world of reverb, often regarded as a diamond among studio effects. Released in the 80s, it quickly became a staple on some of the era’s greatest albums. A timeless classic that continues to bring a unique soul to music.

Back to Aldorande, let's talk a bit of tech!
While the group recorded live, all together in the same room, the quintet also decided to achieve a unique sound by recording on tape!
So, we brought out our Studer A80 analog multitrack recorder to capture the performance.

We can now say it: Fred Vectol was deeply involved in the opening ceremony of the Olympics, participating in this incredible event for many months, working behind the scenes to ensure the success of the evening.
