I enjoyed the @weconference21 today! Been looking forward to it for weeks. With all the negativity in the economics profession the place to look for hope is in the organizers up and coming in the profession. We are resilient.

Someone asked me what was one piece of advice I can pass along to incoming college freshmen. While I have a truckload of lessons learned throughout my college journey, one thing I wish I would’ve done on the front end was to not lock myself into a career path so early on.
Ask questions. Do your research. Focus on your strengths and build upon your interests. BE PRESENT. BE FLEXIBLE. But most importantly, BE STEADFAST IN YOUR PURSUIT OF YOUR CALLING.
