@uBreakiFix As I mentioned, I've been to the nearest store already. They were clear about being unable to provide assistance... I just don't see much reason for the support agent to send me there if data corruption isn't repairable, as he had the same information as the store.

I was on the android beta so I don't really that my phone *did* get corrupted, more so how they handle corrupted data issues, and warranty out of home country.

Now my Dad is trying to get the phone replacement ordered from Canada, and they're trying to force the payment to my card despite not being able to afford the deposit, and every time the payment fails we need to contact them to reset the link.

Apparently, I can't order a replacement device TO a US address or FROM a US address, which means I'm stranded without a phone for 2 weeks.

To make matters worse, I informed the agent 4 times I was not in Canada, yet he failed to mention these restrictions.
