Ex: We have three columns that has high correlation (orange). It means they're telling the same thing. It's enough to keep only 1 column in them. Remove the others 🔥

Ex: the below is counting no. unique values.
1. "operation" is fixed by only 1 value, no matter the other columns change.
2. "properati_url" changes all the time, no matter the other columns don't.
=> they don't contain useful information
