सोशल मीडिया पर वायरल एक वीडियो में कथित तौर पर ट्रेन के अंदर IRCTC कैटरिंग स्टाफ एक शख्स के साथ मारपीट करते दिखाई दे रहे हैं।

यात्रियों की अक्सर शिकायत रहती है कि ट्रेन में ₹10 की चाय ₹20 में, ₹14 की पानी की बोतल ₹20 में, और ₹80 की निर्धारित थाली ₹120 से ₹200 तक बेची जाती है।

ऐसे आरोपों के बीच अगर कर्मचारियों पर मारपीट जैसे गंभीर आरोप भी सामने आएं, तो यह यात्रियों की सुरक्षा और भरोसे दोनों पर बड़ा सवाल खड़ा करता है।

रेल मंत्रालय और IRCTC को इस पूरे मामले की निष्पक्ष जांच कर दोषियों के खिलाफ सख्त कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए।
