@_Justinien_1er_ "I do not permit a woman to teach or to assume authority over a man; she must be quiet" - Timothy 2:12
Are you against Paul’s teachings? What else do you disregard?
THERE remains only one thing we are really free to say: “ ‘Have mercy on me.’ As for any merits of mine to oblige you to have mercy on me, what can I put on the list?
“Not my just deeds, not my riches, not my strength. Not then because of my merits but because ‘in You my soul puts its trust.’”
— St Augustine, Sermon 20A, 2
@blessedmikko Ironically, SSPX and Sede's would say this and not be in communion at all.
Regardless, I'll keep discerning honestly instead of catastrophizing my way through it, thank you
I sometimes question that I have the fullness of truth or not. Which Church is true. But if I leave the Church that I'm in now or not go into the other, I rejected God and will go to Hell for rejecting the objective truth.
I'm scared if I don't have the truth.
@Skiemk Considering Protestantism and Evangelicalism doesn't provide objectivism and only subjectivism due to its deconstruction of Christianity, if Protestantism was true, I wouldn't be Christian because the sect in of itself is subjective.
