@voltairage @VladShumovv @markecline @james406 It definitely depends the type of work. For a revenue based role, I’d argue you need a laptop and a variety of SaaS based services. For product/engineering I truly have no idea. Flexibility is key. Teams that require in person collab should have the option.

I have a hybrid environment and personally I don’t think I need in-person collaboration. I collaborate equally as effective via google meeting.

Go travel, meet them at various places around your city once or twice a week to exchange company knowledge etc. requiring hundreds of employees who don’t all require this level of collab to be tied to a desk is unnecessar
