Incredibly reckless and naughty Lays for MNF:
Henry/Dobbins 2TD
Kyler/Baker/Herb/Lamar 2 passing TD
Evans/Ladd 1st TD (shoutout @BookitWithTrent )
Godwin/harrison jr 2TDs
Heavy Odds 4 Heavy Bods.
Leave it all out there.

@BabzOnTheMic Losing Bentley and Peppers has been detrimental to the defensive prowess of this group. DC first time DC, I think this team lacks leadership and it shows with Mayo publicly slandering his guys. BB protected his players better than anyone.
@voltairage@VladShumovv@markecline@james406 Right itโs the engineers that ruin it for us all lol kidding but not being an engineer my experience is such that I could thrive remote and continue to help others in my company granted in a completely different way than you could. Flexibility and context. Be well!!
@voltairage@VladShumovv@markecline@james406 It definitely depends the type of work. For a revenue based role, Iโd argue you need a laptop and a variety of SaaS based services. For product/engineering I truly have no idea. Flexibility is key. Teams that require in person collab should have the option.
@voltairage@VladShumovv@markecline@james406 Fair enough, nobody is right or wrong. Thereโs context required and no two companies are exactly the same. Bashing wfh saying it isnโt effective and disallows team growth etc I believe are false statements.
@voltairage@VladShumovv@markecline@james406 If thatโs what you prefer, more power to you. The fallacy that this is best for every employee at every company is my โissueโ. I have a hybrid environment and personally I donโt think I need in-person collaboration. I collaborate equally as effective via google meeting.
@voltairage@VladShumovv@markecline@james406 Iโm suggesting you meet your colleagues offsite. Go travel, meet them at various places around your city once or twice a week to exchange company knowledge etc. requiring hundreds of employees who donโt all require this level of collab to be tied to a desk is unnecessar
