@unosendco The way you handle the free accounts should have been better. Besides the reliability / deliverability issue, there was no previous announcement that free accounts would be removed. This is after initially shilling the svc. Switching to resend with zeptomail as the backup now.
@venkatofl@anjumfariz i was evaluating unosend. unfortunately, it always landed in spam or bounced when emails were sent to gmail addresses. i noticed you migrated to zoho through zeptomail but it still had the same deliverability problem even after changing DNS records. how to be sure it now works?
If you're building a new SaaS or product especially in AI, data infrastructure/management, or general tech, I maintain a tech website with DR 43. I'm open to add content about your SaaS with contextual link to improve the discoverability / relevancy.
@jackfriks@supabase@postbridge_ Once you start hosting the infra by yourself, you'll get some idea on the price premium set by these providers. Self-hosted postgresql combined with better-auth may substitute your current db infra choice and give you some flexibility for scaling further, while saving cost.
I analyzed GSC data and found that for an info site, it's harder to get visitors to the site from SERPs compared to last year. AIO is one contributing factor to this behavioral change. https://t.co/D4yE0a5HN3
GSC data confirms that AI Overview is a net negative for public info sites. Last year, it's possible to get decent CTR even though the avg position was low. This year, expect very low CTR despite improvement in the avg position.
Note that Google rolled AIO globally in May 2025.
Also note that there is no fresh content for the site from which the GSC data is pulled. This is to isolate the environment and to factor in only the changes on Google's side.

@laplacemonk Mostly curated content. For competitive keywords / queries, I find existing tools still lack the quality or domain expertise to take over the top position on SERP. For low KD queries, ChatGPT / Grok / Deep Seek etc can be used to generate initial content structure / draft.
For a how-to query, ChatGPT now sends almost twice the traffic from Google to one of our sites. This is interesting, giving hints on how user's behavior shifts. If you haven't optimized for LLM citations, you probably should.
@laplacemonk Make the content structured, comprehensive, easy to digest by LLM. Add real non-AI pictures. Cite other relevant / credible sources in the content. Once you identify the gap with current top results on SERPs, LLM may decide it likes your version better.
The traffic ramp is pretty easy to do manually, without involving any AI for content generation. Looking at the charts, they haven't entered challenging phase to ramp when daily clicks are in hundreds/thousands. Few unique content should suffice to reproduce those charts.
we’ve been working hands-on with hundreds of SEO/marketing agencies, and we've seen:
- DR 13 → 36 in 4 months
- DR 2.3 → 14 in under 2 months
- teams going from 40–50 hours per client to <5
- systems scaling from 3–4 clients/month to 200+
- traffic doubling, faster indexing, inbound backlink requests
their problem isn’t content anymore, they can generate blogs all day - AI made that easy
the real friction shows up after that:
- they spend days trying to find keywords that are actually winnable, not just “low difficulty” on a dashboard
- content piles up in drafts because shipping at scale across multiple clients is still manual and fragile
- and domain rating stays flat while weeks go into outreach & link vendors that don’t move the needle - forcing teams to spend far more than they should
it kills margins
hours per client keep creeping up, delivery slows down, and growth stalls even though “more content” is being produced 👇
and that's exactly what Outrank solves for SEO/marketing agencies and other businesses
- keyword & competitor research happens in minutes, not days
- content production becomes consistent across all clients instead of being bottlenecked by individual strategists
- and instead of burning time on cold outreach, they tap into a curated backlink exchange that compounds authority over time
basically building a system that scales across all clients without breaking

Using the galaxy brain to install Node JS 22 on MacOS 10.13 High Sierra. Internet says not to do this.
First obstacle to install LLVM 21 passed. Now resolving the error message when building Node JS from source.
It's fun to look at the internals of this FreeBSD wrapper.
@HsanC_ In your current web structure, traffic comes from the free tools and the blog. Keywords related with the free tools don't have high traffic while the blog posts compete with posts from other high authority sites. My recommendation: better free tools & more unique blog posts.
@levelsio Another reason, productivity is often performative, measured by superficial unit like how long someone spends time at work / at the office. This combined with high context (indirect culture), risk aversion, and value on collective harmony hinder outliers or innovators to thrive.
@romanbuildsaas With constant bait, that's actually pretty amazing to me that you can keep promoting there without getting banned. Or have you ever got banned?
