And by defending a box, you mean creating a safe area where artists can be highlighted and recognized that would otherwise be boxed out? I don’t know what kind of world you are living in where you think this problem will solve itself. What is your solution other than to join along in demonizing someone to make yourself been included? This kind of thinking of what is causing radicalized belief systems in the west

This is what pisses me off, these people were clearly in good faith attempting to solve a very difficult problem that they cared a lot about. It is so f’ing easy to sit there on your Twitter account and criticize people who are actually attempting to make a difference in the world without appreciating any of the difficulty

I don’t know what that means… I’m sure the extent of any research you may have performed involves seeing some post on Twitter and then you just go along with whatever is posted in the comments, have you had a novel thought in your life or had the balls to try and solve any hard problems before? If you have, you will realize there are rarely easy solutions, but it’s really f’ing easy to get on Twitter and criticize other people

@ameviil I hope the nominees and winner get more attention and playtime. I’m all for breaking down barriers so more people can enjoy different types of music they wouldn’t otherwise listen to

Typically the members of the academy that vote in each category are members that record, produce music, or are otherwise affiliated with that category. All seven members of BTS are voting members of the “Grammys” they and their peers would be the ones voting in that specific category

@Popsiclette @ibbi1310 I’m a huge BTS fan, but I honestly wouldn’t put them as favorites in any of the major categories this year, maybe as a contender for album of the year
