Suffered for months with Hive. Even British Gas engineer told me to throw Hive away as it was a gimmick. Repeatedly told it was my Wi-Fi and that I had to move my hub. Turns out it was a faulty hub. Now everything is working! Only took 5 months! 😡🤬

Never had any issues liaising with Microsoft. Obviously things can break down. Just never had a console break down on Day 1! No means of talking to anyone at Customer Service! And I don’t know why I should pay extra for expedited return shipping! @Xbox@XboxSupport

Today approximately 6.8m people in US & 147m worldwide have / will develop alopecia areata at some point in their lives. I’ve done a short video to not only help awareness but also 2 provide insight 2 the psychological burden that this disease brings based on my own experiences.
