@FirstBSA honestly how do we claim our money back? That journey to bath and back has been amongst worst ive ever had. 2 cancelled buses and appalling treatment at bath.
@FirstBSA so our bus to bath was mysteriously cancelled at 1408. And now our bus back to bristol at 2333 has turned up but no driver. How do we claim compensation please because this is appaling service?
@FirstBSA whilst i was writing that last tweet, a first employee has kicked us out of bath bus station and physically shouted and squared up to a number of patrons who were 'stopping the door from shutting', after kicking us out of the station. First? Last for customer service!
@GWRHelp so a cancelled 8:41 Weymouth train this morning, meaning I'm at least 20 minutes late for work. Every single commute this week has been delayed by your trains.
Any chance of compensation - you never got back to me after saying you would?
@GWRHelp Fuming. Just missed my connection after the Taunton train from bath took 10 minutes to detach before they would let us off at Bristol. Now have to wait for 40 minutes for the next one. I'm a freedom pass holder - can I get any compensation? Ridiculous.
@FirstBSA So two complaints today. Been at T7 for 30 minutes now with no bus. Any ideas why your service is so poor? Second complaint is the number 1 buses in the morning. 3/4 days this week they've driven by full. Why can't you put more on?

@FirstBSA Super annoyed. Waiting for a number 1 in Bristol for 20 mins then one drives by out of service. Next confirmed bus is 50 minutes away. Shocking service as always, you never fail!

@FirstBSA It's the number 1 in bristol. Going towards city centre. After I tweeted I walked to next stop, about 30 people waiting there... So had to get an Uber as no way I'd make the next bus.
Thanks @FirstBSA for making me late this morning. Bus doesn't show up, then a full bus turning ten people away. Next one 10 minutes. This is becoming too regular.
