My workout is not quite as easy going as yours, but you are definitely doing it right!
My WO today
1: legs : 5 sets 45lb x25 squats
2: Core: 5 sets with 45lb plate x25 Russian Twist
3: sit-ups with a 45lb plate
3: shoulder shrugs 5 sets 50lb x25
4: Pulls 5 sets 50lb X25
5: head knockers 5 sets 45lb
6: incline press 5 sets 50lb x 25
Wait one hour … drink water
Then repeat this set.
That’s my daily.
I don’t like treadmill or elliptical even though I have a NordicTrack.
I prefer going on my bike 50k once a week
Remember…never be fooled by the lure and trappings of money. When you’re near the end, knowing that you are closing in on your final moments on earth , would you want more money, or more time?; because no amount of money can buy more time. Time is eternal it has existed before we are born, and it will continue into the infinite eternity after we stop breathing. So, we should treat this finite amount of time that we are blessed with as if it were more valuable than all the gold, all the diamonds, all the stars, and galaxies…everything!
