@JioCare@reliancejio Thanks to the Jio team for resolving the issue. However, Iโm still waiting for a formal apology from the manager who misbehaved, denied duty, and spread misinformation. Strict action is needed so such behaviour isnโt repeated and employees donโt act above the system.

@CMCCuttack @sofiafirdous1 @CMCCuttack closed my complaint without taking any action. It's been more than 10 days since I raised the ticket, and even after repeated calls, all they have to say is that their vehicle is not working, and they eventually closed the complaint
