He offers salvation to all who call upon the Lord, things will be redeemed

Really suggest reading the Bible, if you want to get to know God, it's good to read his word and you wouldn't ask what you're asking because the Bible tells you how it is, and it's not how you're putting it

And free will isn't necessarily perfect, idk how you got that. Free will is the ability to act freely, if that's good or bad is up to you. We often misuse our free will. If its limited will it's not free.
