@Vodacom111 Hi. I cancelled my contract and converted to prepaid on 2 Apr. Today I find out that this was not submitted. Please fix this immediately, as I will not pay towards a contract that I cancelled with adequate notice.
@MyJRA Hi. The arrows facing Mutual and 7th at the intersection with Rivonia Rd in Morningside are wrong. Both sides show green arrows at the same time in the same direction.

Hi @Metro_Fibre Your maintenance team never arrived yesterday, and you sent no updates that plans had changed. Since May your service delivery and your customer service have been absolutely dismal. 4outages in 5months-is that something you would put up with?

Hi @Metro_Fibre We logged a ticket on Saturday, 937647. Technician came out today and said nothing was wrong and that NOC has to reprovision the line which would take up to 60 min. Called this afternoon to follow up and it was escalated. Still nothing.
Can you please do this today? Happy to find another provider with better customer service and whose lines don't bomb for no reason every 2 months. If you need more info, please send a DM
