@ECGghOfficial A meter which was replaced on the 29/04/21 is been captured on the bill as 13/08/21. Which end up being billed with over 5 months units as 1 month…..I need explanations

@ECGghOfficial The issue is about billing. If my meter is spoilt and I receive estimated bills for over a period of 4 months and later they bring the actual bill which covers all the 4 months reading, will the estimate bill still be active and add the actual bill amount to it?
