C’est tellement le degré zéro de l'amnésie masculine face au travail gratuit des femmes.
Savannah a littéralement porté le foyer à bout de bras pendant que lui construisait un empire. Le capital social, le temps libéré, la charge mentale déléguée, la stabilité domestique tout ça la c'est elle qui l'a fabriqué gratuitement (!) pendant que sa carrière à lui explosait. On n’oublie pas que Savannah est tombée enceinte à 17 ans et que LeBron avait 18 ans à l’époque. Elle a tout absorbé pour qu’il puisse construire son empire.
Et une fois l'empire construit ? Il dit clairement qu'il ne referait pas ce choix. Que la femme qui l'a rendu possible ne serait plus assez "à la hauteur" de son statut actuel.

Vous voyez les filles c’est ça le deal patriarcal classique; les femmes investissent leur temps, leur corps, leur énergie dans un homme et sa réussite et une fois le capital accumulé, elles deviennent l'archétype dont il faut se distancier publiquement pour paraître digne de son nouveau rang.
