@boltapp Your drivers suck, l ordered ride last night and no ride near by I cancelled and ordered Using uber only to get home And saw the ride was still active and the driver drove an empty car to the destination and I was charged. I was shocked I never knew this could happen

Cancelled when he didn’t see me instead of driving an empty car and making sure I was charged.
You guys didn’t train your drivers on human empathy . Even if I don’t get my money back that driver need to be penalised . He is a fraud and a manipulator and people life are not safe

Your Customer support is terrible even after providing the uber receipt and other evidence to show he rode an empty car. The CS claimed that the evidence are not accurate. How am I in two different cars at the same time.
