The Clinton River Queens traveled to the Tiger/Tigerette Relays in Tipton last night and put together a strong team performance, finishing 3rd overall with 108 team points .
The River Queens were led by several standout performances on the track and in the field:
🔥 Event Champions
Carryn Sattler – 800m Run Champion (2:25.20)
Elle Lonergan – High Jump Champion (5’6”) ties the meet record.
💪 Runner-Up Finishes
Aubrey Rivers – 2nd in the 3000m
4x800 Relay Team – 2nd place finish team of Haskell,Cambyl Sattler, Carryn Sattler, Steiner
Aubrey Fergurson – 2nd in Discus

Camila Hunter – 2nd in the 200m
Carryn Sattler – 3rd in the 400m
Emme Jensen – 3rd in the 100m
Joselyn Petersen - 4th in the Long Jump

The JV relay also ran very well and members of those teams were Banks, Chaides, McClendon, Coleman, Davids, Fransen, Hensel, Determan, Anderson, Flores, Romero, Kaylee Davis, Connolly
We also had several PR’s on the night.
👏 A great night of competition as the team continues to build momentum this season. The River Queens will be back in action on Tuesday at Fulton. The Coaching Staff is proud of all the girls and all the hard work they have been putting in this year so far keep it up.
Clinton River Queens Shine at Assumption Invitational 💪🏽👑
The Clinton River Queens had a strong showing today at the Davenport Assumption Invitational, highlighted by multiple event champions, top finishes, and big-time performances across the board. Finishing 5th out of 13 teams
🔥 Event Champions:
Carryn Sattler dominated the 800m, taking 1st place with a time of 2:24.49
Elle Lonergan cleared 5’6” to win the High Jump in impressive fashion
Aubrey Fergurson brought home gold in the Shot Put with a throw of 36-9.25
🥈 Runner-Up Finishes:
Aubrey Rivers placed 2nd in the 3000m (11:19.34) PR 6th in RQTF history
Cambyl Sattler earned 2nd in the 1500m (5:04.42) PR 7th in RQTF history
Distance Medley Relay team finished 2nd in a tight race (4:27.95) team of Jensen, Davis, Sattler, Sattler

💥 The River Queens also showed depth with strong efforts across sprints, distance, relays, and field events, continuing to build momentum as the season progresses.

The River Queen Track & Field team had an outstanding night competing at the Jesse Day Invitational in Davenport, finishing 4th overall as a team and putting together one of the most complete performances of the season.

Elle Lonergan dominated the high jump, clearing 5’6” to take 1st place and making the Drake Relays Blue Oval qualifying mark, while also moving into 4th all-time in River Queen history.
Camila Hunter sprinted to a 2nd place finish in the 200m (27.30),
Carryn Sattler brought home a 2nd place finish in the 800m (2:28.59).
Joselyn Petersen placed 2nd in the long jump, continuing a strong field events showing.
Aubrey Ferguson earned a 2nd place finish in the shot put.
Aubrey Rivers recorded a PR in the 3000m, placing 2nd and moving up to 6th all-time in River Queen history. .
Cambyl Sattler placed 2nd in the 1500m and PR and moved to 9th all time in River Queen History

The 4x800 relay team ran to a 2nd place finish, team of Haskell, Steiner, Cambyl and Carryn Sattler
The 4x200 relay placed 4th, team of Jensen, Davis, Gruhn, Hunter
The 4x400 relay placed 5th team of Steiner, Gruhn, Cambyl, Carrryn Satter
The 4x100 Shuttle Hurdle placed 4th and moved to 3rd all time in River Queen History team of MacAvoy,Gruhn,Bedford,Carpenter
Distance Medley placed 7th
📈 Personal Records & Top Performances
Emme Jensen PR in the 100m and placed 8th She also PR in the open 200 to place 5th
Alaina Carpenter hit a PR in the 100m hurdles, placing 6th and moving to 4th all-time.
Zoey Seitz added a PR in the shot put, continuing the team’s strong night in the throws.
Maloree Byrns placed 5th in the Discus
From sprints to distance, hurdles to field events, the River Queens showed toughness, growth, and pride across every event.
