According to int’l law, Nagorno-Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan. Regaining control by Baku over this territory also comes with responsibilities, such as preserving the rights of the ethnic Armenian population. I wholeheartedly wish that the coming months will bring lasting peace to this part of the world, finally end Russia-fuelled conflict, and normalize relations between Armenia and its neighbours.

Undoubtedly, Armenia is an indispensable part of European civilization, and her rightful place is in Europe. Therefore, I expect that the EU will significantly contribute to strengthening Armenia's security and economy, but also make sure that the outstanding Armenian culture and heritage will be preserved in Nagorno-Karabakh.
