@AirFranceUK Arrived in Mauritius 2 days ago, one of our bags is still in Paris. We were told it would be on the next flight but so far 4 planes have taken off for Mauritius without it. We can see on AirTag it’s still in lost and found. Please can someone help? We need our stuff.

@AirFranceUK Your WhatsApp team said they couldn’t help and directed me to the baggage help page. Which directed me to the WhatsApp. No one seems to be able to help. How is it so difficult. Another flight leaves Paris in 45 mins and our baggage not on it, can someone please help.

@ChrisJsd @DavidWR1990 @5otfarm @AmandaOwen8 This was my parents experience as well. Amanda was supposed to do an hour but didn’t. Very disappointing and over £200 spent. They were very near the front when they said she was leaving but returning and someone asked what time the answer was they didn’t know. Awful.
