Obtaining an njunction to clear Parks not a great solution. Seems #ParkBoard needs to work with City & other levels of govt to house our homeless. Park Brd can be doing more on this pressing issue.

Yes Yaniv is to be treated as she identifies but does this roll over allowing her to access services which will bring harm to another person? Sex assault is still against the law as it should be. Forcing someone to provide a service w/o consent creates untold harm.
