As alleged, on May 30, defendant Oscar Vallejo forcefully transported a woman to the area of Union Field Cemetery in Glendale and raped her. At our request, he is being held without bail on charges of rape, kidnapping and other crimes.

We urge anyone who may have been sexually assaulted by this individual to reach out. Contact NYPD’s sex crimes hotline at 212-267-7273. You may also contact our Special Victims Bureau at 718-286-6505. We are here to help.
