I am an IT Project Manager in the Nigerian Fintech industry, and have had the opportunity to manage diverse projects over a period of 4 years+.
I have successfully delivered global-standard payment solutions, including federal collections and card management systems.
I still remember the pregnant woman who was kidnapped by bandits and gave birth to twins prematurely in captivity.
The bandit leader threw her newborn twins to his dogs.
As the helpless babies were being torn apart, he raped their mother, who was still bleeding from childbirth.
Imagine the screams. Imagine the helplessness. Imagine a mother watching her babies d!e in the most horrifying way, unable to save them.
A kind of horror no human being should ever have to witness.
She couldn't bear it, she ran mad immediately.
Whenever I remember that woman, a cold shiver runs through my body.
Somewhere, a family is still living with the unbearable pain of what happened to their daughter and grandchildren.
No amount of tears can bring those babies back. No apology can erase that nightmare from the husband.
This happened late last year, under this administration. Yet, some people are already campaigning for the same APC to remain in power.
How does a government explain a country where innocent citizens can be kidnapped, brutalised, dehumanized and murdered?
Have we become so politically blinded that the suffering of our fellow citizens no longer moves us?
Don't you feel it when people are subjected to such horrors that should only happen in zombie movies?
Shouldn't their lives matter more than party loyalty?
How many more mothers must we watch suffer? How many more children must d!e before the government treats our security as the emergency it is?
Our lives don't matter to this government.
I feel like the people supporting this government are more evil and demonic than the government.
I still remember when my colleague was kidnapped on her way home from work early this year.
For two months, her parents ran from pillar to post, borrowing money and begging family and friends to help raise the ransom.
When she finally came home, she narrated how they were gang-raped every morning and night.
The kidnappers chose their victims and temporary married them to themselves celebrating, eating and drinking like it was a legal union.
She said sometimes they shared one woman among two, three, or four men.
Weeks after her release, she was found pregnant.
That same week, we lost her to su!cide. The trauma was more than her heart could bear.
And whenever I see people still supporting this government, I remember her. I remember her parents, I think of other victims that never made it to the media.
How do you watch people suffer d!e like this and still defend a government that has failed to protect them?
Are you human at all or just deliberately wicked?
So because my nipples showed through a basic top, agberos can now touch me? Do I go around touching men because they are wiggling their penises in my presence?
My body isn’t public property. Keep your filthy hands to yourself
We finished our coursework. We wrote our exams. Our PGD programme should be over.
Then @CALEBUNIV2008 changed the rules: publish internationally or you don't graduate.
You can't change the rules after the game is over.

We respect @CALEBUNIV2008 Caleb University and believe in a fair solution. However, apply the new rule to future cohorts, or give us a realistic alternative. Policy changes shouldn't arrive at the tale end of our season!
1/ Our PGD programme at Caleb University should have ended. We finished our coursework and wrote our exams last month.
Then, at the very last stage, a new condition appeared: at least one internationally published article, or no graduation, Per student!
