@TaraTeacher1 @autcareandshare No advice apart from we have been there! ASD Daughter now nearly 21 and still doesnt sleep well. We just went with the flow and learned mostly it was anxiety, mind not switching off. Have vivid memories of baking cakes with her in middle of night.

@soakedonsplash @ReachoutASC I carry fidget toys for teenagers i work with. Some teachers get annoyed when I give them to my SEN kids who need fidget toys to reduce anxiety and focus! saying “No its a distraction”😒 Erm nope! I can get more kids to focus and stay on task than without one!
