@UPS out of curiosity, why do drivers have to throw even the smallest boxes when they say fragile? 🤦🏼‍♀️🙄

[Marie King @queenstress]

Your company contradicts itself by doing this. YOUR technician is going to charge me additional funds to tell me the same thing. There is something called “Implied Warranty of Merchantability” in simple terms that means I should expect my washer to last longer than 2 years!

[Marie King @queenstress]

Hi @GE_Appliances our family have been pretty faithful to your brand. There is literally not an appliance in our house that doesn’t have the GE emblem… sadly that’s coming to an end. When you spend a lot of money on a brand new washer the hope is that it lasts more than 2 yrs…

[Marie King @queenstress]

When you contact customer Svc with what you’ve been told is wrong with it, it’s frustrating when you’re told there’s nothing that can be done until YOUR technician comes out even though your rep confirms the issue exists because the part is back ordered for over a month…

Dear Office Building HVAC people everywhere… can we please figure this out?! Why must we blast the heater all the time? Why does my office literally feel like an oven when I open the door but my next door neighbor’s office is fine. You’re killin me smalls

It’s important to realize that what makes a person really special isn’t their skill, their talent or their title. It’s how much they’re willing to give of themselves to help others. It’s about putting others first & understanding that the world is about more than just themselves!
