It physically made me sick watching Lala and Jasmine roll their eyes and make faces while Nia opened up about being only three months postpartum. Imagine filming after having your fourth baby, exclusively breastfeeding a baby who won’t take a bottle, managing three other young children, living an hour away from work, coordinating schedules and childcare, dealing with postpartum hormones, and being met with judgment instead of compassion.
I just wish more women gave other women grace instead of tearing them down. Motherhood is hard enough without having to prove your struggles deserve empathy
The fact that this was supposed to be a social critique of generic pop but instead the gays completely missed the point, made Netflix release it and then MADE IT CHART will forever make me laugh 😭
Girls, please PICK THE GENTLE ONE. The kind one. The one who brings you peace. The protective one. The one who is sure of you. The one who respects you. The one who understands your silence. The one who sees your heart without judgement. The one who holds your dreams with care.
