Almost 2 months without donations, yet Lutalo still wakes up every day trying to save his grandmother’s life. I’m asking with all sincerity tonight💔🧎♀️, please help us reach kind people who can support her care 🤍

I KNOW I was following this account, but this app must have done something screwy. I wasn’t seeing their tweets.😤
Anyway, Granny Nabirye is still trying her best to survive and still needs support to get her diabetes meds.
Please help to care for this beautiful Elder!
If you have the means to assist, please consider donating to help an elder with her medical care. Any amount counts. If you cannot donate at the moment, please share the link below
A Lifetime of Love: Saving Nabirye
Lutalo Kintu was just a child when he lost both of his parents. It was his grandmother, Nabirye Nankinga, who wrapped him in her arms, became his shelter, and raised him. She is the only mother he has ever known.
Now in her late 70s, Nabirye is fighting a quiet, painful battle with Type 2 Diabetes in rural Uganda. Lutalo, a full-time community college student, is doing everything to save her—but love alone cannot buy the medicine she needs to survive.
At under-resourced Kiwoko Hospital, the cost of her survival is a mountain a young man cannot climb alone. Without her insulin and the proper food to stabilize her blood sugar, the light in her eyes is beginning to dim.
The Healing We Can Provide: $5,365
To keep Nabirye safe, healthy, and by her grandson’s side, we are raising funds to cover her care:
- Breath and Balance ($1,500): Lifesaving insulin, constant medical monitoring, and diabetes management.
- Strength from the Earth ($1,200): Vital, diabetes-friendly nutrition—millet porridge, matooke, fresh greens, and proteins to keep her blood sugar steady.
- A Sanctuary of Peace ($1,500): Rent, utilities, and daily living expenses so a devoted grandson can focus on her care.
- A Shield for Tomorrow ($1,165): An emergency fund for unexpected hospital visits, critical lab tests, and safe transport.
"She gave me my childhood; now, I just want to give her tomorrow."
Nabirye has spent her entire life pouring love into others. She deserves to live her golden years in dignity, free from suffering, watching the young man she raised build a future.
Your kindness is her medicine. Please help us save Nabirye.

Someone believed in this family today and donated $25 🤍
That may not seem like much to some people, but to Lutalo and his grandmother, it's a reminder that people still care.
Thank you for every share, every reply, and every act of kindness. Let's keep this moving 🙏
Kitso was such a beautiful child. Sheila had to snatch her siblings and flee to conflict in DRC, but Kitso just couldn’t stay in this world any longer.
Please help Sheila give little Kitso a decent funeral and burial.

After a long battle with her health, Sheila's youngest girl, Kitso, has passed on. Having been caught in the middle of the Congo siege, losing both their parents during their time there and having to flee the country for their safety,
Hello everyone, I’ve received devastating news of this family’s youngest passing from health issues after fleeing Congo. Their campaign is so close to their goal, just $76 away. I’m begging you to leave a retweet, or donate anything you have to spare. Anything helps, thank you.
