The Transgender Persons (Protection of Rights) Amendment Bill, 2026 doesn't protect anyone. It erases them. Self-identification — upheld by the Supreme Court in NALSA 2014 — is now conditional on medical boards and district magistrates. #TransRightsAreHumanRights
