@RoyLilley I think one of the obstacles to the reform of social care (actually being able to look after people in their own homes) will be the near collapse of district nursing that has taken place over several decades.

Phillipson lost the Ed job she loved to Lucy Powell, having also lost to her in the deputy leader election. As Chair of the Party she will also have to partly report to LP. All this when BP is miles better than LP.
