Elon Musk once said:
“Stop being patient and start asking yourself: How can I accomplish my 10 year plan in 6 months? You will probably fail, but you'll be far ahead of the person who simply accepted it would take 10 years.”
Men,
How to overcome MASTURBATION:
First, accept that you are in the deep pits. This is called SELF-AWARENESS.
Most men refuse to admit that masturbation is messing with them. So they continue looking for excuses to masturbate.
Do you understand the short-term and long-term consequences?
Once you become aware, the next phase is SELF-DETERMINATION.
Are you ready to undergo the sacrifice and pain that come with fighting this demon?
It is not easy.
The side effects of quitting masturbation are harrowing.
• Wet dreams
• Leakage of seminal fluid
• Recurring nightmares during sleep
Masturbation is a demon that is not ready to leave you.
It is hungry for your soul because that is where it thrives. It is not ready to die.
After Self-determination, is SELF-DISCIPLINE. That is where you meet DOC (Discipline, Order, and Commitment)
Once the DOC gets ingrained in your life, your next and final phase is SELF-EVALUATION.
This is now your personal initiative.
It is upon you to understand that masturbation destroyed your physicality, your mentality and your spirituality.
Here it is:
- SELF-AWARENESS
- SELF-DETERMINATION
- SELF-DISCIPLINE
- SELF-EVALUATION

The Kenya Medical Training College (KMTC) wishes all our students every success as they undertake their End-of-Semester and Final Qualifying Examinations.
The College recognises the dedication, resilience, and hard work that have brought you to this important milestone. As you sit your examinations, remain confident in the knowledge and skills you have acquired throughout your training.
As the national institution mandated to train fit-for-purpose health professionals, KMTC is committed to producing competent graduates who are able to provide safe, quality healthcare both in Kenya and internationally. The College’s competency-based training model ensures that every assessment is designed not only to evaluate academic performance but also to develop and demonstrate the practical skills, professional attitudes, and clinical competence required at every stage of training.
The College has noted public discussions regarding its academic progression policy, particularly in relation to supplementary examinations. For clarity, the College's academic policies provide that a student who is unsuccessful in a supplementary examination is referred to the class immediately behind, for one semester to repeat the relevant training before progressing. This is an established academic quality assurance measure aimed at ensuring every learner attains the competencies necessary for safe and effective healthcare practice. It does not require a student to repeat an entire academic year.
Academic standards and progression policies are fundamental to safeguarding the quality of healthcare training and, ultimately, patient safety. They are applied consistently and fairly in accordance with the College's approved policies and guidelines.

The College encourages students, parents, guardians, alumni, stakeholders, and members of the public to seek clarification through official KMTC communication channels whenever they require information on academic programmes, examinations, or institutional policies. Verifying information with the source helps prevent the spread of misinformation and ensures that decisions are based on accurate and complete information.
To our students, KMTC remains committed to supporting your academic journey and professional growth, and wishes you success in your examinations as you progress towards becoming healthcare professionals dedicated to serving humanity.
