Avec @thomas_nrr on voulait s'associer depuis longtemps, mais en auto-entreprise c'est pas possible, le statut est prévu pour une personne.

Du coup on a créé Qualit Business en juin 2024, notre société de développement logiciel.

Ça nous a permis de rejoindre @bambino_moon sur Moon Bundles, son application Shopify qui augmente le panier moyen par client, et de la propulser avec lui. C'est comme ça qu'on est entrés sur le marché des applications Shopify.

hey. i'm Thomas, a french dev.

in january 2025 @quentin_chrrr and i teamed up with @bambino_moon on his shopify app. it was doing $500/m.

today it does $60k mrr, running on 5600 shops.

before that we tried a lot of things. ecom went badly for a long time. we still run trading bots on the side, that one worked out.

here's what i actually believe: marketing beats product. you can get to $5k mrr with mid ai slop. you can also do $0 with something genuinely great that nobody ever hears about. it's a balance, and when you get both right, you print.

but that's the easy part. real scale is a different problem.

building got cheap. ai turned shipping an app into a weekend thing, so everyone ships now. which means making an app is worth close to nothing. what's worth something is monetizing one, at a serious stage, while owning data.

that's the moat. not the code, not the idea. the data you collected that nobody can generate from a prompt. ai doesn't do that part for you yet.

so if you're building something you might sell one day, the product has to be designed around that from day one. most aren't.

that's what we do. we build the product with you, around the moat. not from a spec you hand over, the thing itself.

we'll have opinions on your positioning and your marketing, and we'll tell you. we just won't run the campaigns. that's not the part we're good at.

last thing: i'm writing in english from now on. more people to talk to, that's the whole reason.
