And couldn’t the same be said about the principal bad faith actors who were at the forefront in helping to derail Jeremy Corbyn’s leadership with their plotting, bullying and smears? Ruth Smeeth (a mediocre MP at best but much else), Ian Austin (a disloyal thug), Woodcock, Jenny Chapman, John Mann, Tom Watson (a ‘lifelong professional wrecker’ according to the late Dawn Foster), Margaret Hodge (who has openly admitted to working every day to bring down Corbyn during his leadership). These gangsters were working against the interests of millions of hopeful Labour voters. And here they are - set up for life in the Lords.
