🚨🚨High School Players:
As your season wraps up, take some time to watch conference tournament games across different levels (D1 - NAIA). Pay close attention to the skill, intensity, speed, and physicality of the game. The more you watch, the more you'll learn about what it takes to play at the next level. If you're serious about playing college ball, watching as much as possible is a must‼️

Want to improve your ball handling this Summer?
5 minutes a day. Go as hard as you can for 30 seconds and rest for 30 seconds.
Beat your score. Find a way to compete against yourself.
Mike Bianco said, "Once your commitment is greater than your feelings, that's when you get results. That's when it happens for you."
Commitment isn't giving into momentary desires, but choosing dedication.
It means perseverance, consistency, and focus.
CAN YOU SPARE 2 MINUTES??
Most players will say they want to be better shooters, but they’ll scroll by this simple shooting progression.
We find a lot of success with our players by helping them understand and feel their ‘Load Position’
Then we segment it by moving, finding it on the catch, pausing, then flowing in to their shot.
Lastly, putting it all together by moving, touching the Load Position, and glowing right in to their shot no hesitation.
