In line with the ceasefire in Lebanon, the passage for all commercial vessels through Strait of Hormuz is declared completely open for the remaining period of ceasefire, on the coordinated route as already announced by Ports and Maritime Organisation of the Islamic Rep. of Iran.
According to the list released by Pakistan’s Foreign Ministry, the Iranian delegation for the end of war negotiations includes 86 people, among them 36 journalists and media staff.
- What stands out politically is the last detail: with nearly all of Speaker Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf’s close advisers reportedly present, this increasingly looks less like a generic state delegation and more like a Qalibaf shaped negotiating team, a sign that his political network may be playing a central role in shaping Tehran’s diplomatic posture in Islamabad.

Telephone Call between the Prime Minister and the Prime Minister of Lebanon.
Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif held a telephone conversation with H.E. Nawaf Salam, Prime Minister of Lebanon earlier this afternoon.
The Prime Minister strongly condemned Israel’s ongoing aggression against Lebanon and expressed condolences over the loss of thousands of precious lives in these hostilities.
The Prime Minister said that Pakistan was engaged in sincere efforts for regional peace and it was in this spirit that the peace talks between Iran and the U.S. were being convened.
While thanking Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif for his peace efforts, the Prime Minister of Lebanon sought Pakistan’s support for bringing an immediate end to the attacks targeting Lebanon and its people.
Both leaders agreed to remain in contact.

Reuters says Asian refiners, especially in India, are quietly moving back toward Iranian crude after fresh U.S. sanctions waivers opened the door again.
- This isn’t just about supply.
It signals a tactical shift: Iran is re-entering Asian energy markets, with potential ripple effects on prices, trade flows, and regional alignments.

1st Mojtaba statement (machine translation):
In the name of Allah, the Merciful
We don't copy from a verse or a parable. [Quote from Quran]
Peace be upon you or Da'ee Allah and Rabbanyi His verses, Peace be upon you or God of God and Dayan Dinah, Peace be upon you or Caliph of God and Nasser Haqqah, Peace be upon you or The proof of Allah and the proof of His will; Peace be upon you, O foremost hope; Peace be upon you, O Lord of the worlds; Peace be upon you, O Lord of the time.
At the beginning of my speech, I must express my condolences to my Lord, may God hasten his return, on the occasion of the heartbreaking martyrdom of His Excellency the Great Leader of the Revolution, the Wise Khamenei, and ask His Holiness to pray for the good of each and every great nation of Iran, and indeed all Muslims of the world, and all servants of Islam and the revolution, and the martyrs and survivors of the martyrs of the Islamic movement, especially the recent war, and for myself.
The second part of my speech is to the great nation of Iran. First, I must briefly state my situation and position regarding the vote of the esteemed Assembly of Experts. This servant of yours, Seyyed Mojtaba Hosseini Khamenei, learned about the outcome of the vote of the esteemed Assembly of Experts at the same time as you and through the Islamic Republic of Iran. It is difficult for me to sit on the seat that was once the seat of two great leaders, the great Khomeini and the martyr Khamenei. Because this seat has the history of sitting on someone who, after more than 60 years of striving for the cause of God and forgoing all kinds of pleasures and comforts, has become a shining gem and a distinguished figure not only in the present era but throughout the history of the rulers of this country. Both his life and the manner of his death were imbued with the glory and dignity that comes from relying on the truth. I had the opportunity to visit his body after his martyrdom; what I saw was a mountain of strength and I heard that his healthy hand was clenched in a fist. Those who are knowledgeable will have to say a lot about the various aspects of his personality. At this point, I will suffice with this summary and leave the details to other appropriate occasions. This is the reason for the difficulty of relying on the leadership seat after such a person. Closing this gap is only possible with the help of the Almighty and the help of you, the people.
Next, I need to emphasize a point that is directly related to the essence of my words. That point is that among the arts of the martyred leader and his great predecessor was to involve the people in all areas and to continuously provide them with insight and awareness, and to rely on their strength in practice. In this way, he actualized the true meaning of the republic and the republic, and he believed in it from the bottom of his heart. The clear effect of this was seen in these few days when the country was without a leader and without a commander-in-chief. The insight and intelligence of the great Iranian nation in the recent incident, and its steadfastness, courage, and presence, made friends admire and enemies be amazed. It was you, the people, who led the country and guaranteed its authority. The verse that I have mentioned at the beginning of this article means that there is no verse of the divine verses that either expires or is forgotten unless it is replaced by something similar or better than it by the Almighty.
The reason for using this noble verse is not that I am on the level of the martyred leader, let alone that I want to be considered superior to him; rather, the purpose of mentioning the blessed verse is to pay attention to the worthy and prominent role of you, the dear nation. If that great blessing was taken away from us, instead, the Iranian nation was once again given the presence of a builder-like presence in this system. Know this: If your power does not appear on the scene, neither the leadership nor any of the various institutions whose true status is to serve the people will have the necessary efficiency. In order for this meaning to be better realized, first, the remembrance of God Almighty, trusting in His Majesty, and resorting to the pure lights of the infallibles, may God bless them all, should be viewed as the greatest elixir and red match that guarantees all kinds of openings and a definitive victory over the enemy. This is a great advantage that you possess and your enemies lack.
Secondly, the unity between individuals and classes of the nation, which usually finds a special expression in times of hardship, should not be undermined. This will be achieved by disregarding the points of disagreement.
Thirdly, an effective presence on the scene should be maintained; whether in the way you have shown yourself in these days and nights of war or in the form of various effective roles in various social, political, educational, cultural, and even security fields. What is important is that the correct role is well understood and implemented as much as possible without compromising social unity. One of the duties of the leadership and some other officials is to remind individuals or segments of society of some of these roles. Therefore, I would like to remind everyone of the importance of attending the Quds Day 1447 ceremony, in which the element of breaking the enemy should be the focus of everyone's attention.
Fourth, do not neglect helping and assisting each other. Thank God, this is the usual characteristic of most Iranians, and it is expected that this will be more evident in these special days, when naturally some members of the nation are having a harder time than others. On this occasion, I ask the service organizations not to hesitate to provide any kind of help and assistance to those dear members of the nation and to the popular relief structures in this regard.
If these aspects are observed, the path to your dear nation's days of greatness and glory will be smooth. The closest example of this can be, God willing, victory over the enemy in the current war.
The third part of my speech is my sincere gratitude to our brave warriors who, in the conditions where our beloved nation and homeland have been unjustly attacked by the leaders of the arrogant front, have blocked the enemy's path with their crushing blows and have removed them from the illusion of the possibility of dominating the beloved homeland and possibly dividing it.
Dear brother warriors! The demand of the masses of the people is to continue the effective and regrettable defense. Also, the lever of blocking the Strait of Hormuz must definitely continue to be used. Studies have been conducted on opening other fronts where the enemy has little experience and will be extremely vulnerable in them, and their activation will be carried out if the war situation continues and based on the observance of interests.
I also sincerely thank the warriors of the Resistance Front. We consider the countries of the Resistance Front to be our best friends, and the cause of resistance and the Resistance Front are an inseparable part of the values of the Islamic Revolution. Undoubtedly, the solidarity of the components of this front will shorten the path to liberation from the Zionist sedition; as we have seen, the brave and faithful Yemen did not stop defending the oppressed people of Gaza, and the devoted Hezbollah has come to the aid of the Islamic Republic despite all obstacles, and the Iraqi resistance has also courageously taken the same line.
In the fourth part, I will address those who have been harmed in some way in these past few days. Whether those who have experienced the martyrdom of a loved one or loved ones; those who have been injured; or those whose homes or businesses have been damaged. In this part, first of all, I express my deep sympathy for the survivors of the high-ranking martyrs. This is based on the common experience that I have with these noble people; Apart from my father, whose loss has become a public matter, I have left my dear and loyal wife, whom I had high hopes for, my devoted sister, who had devoted herself to serving her parents and had finally received her reward, as well as her young child and my other sister's husband, who was a learned and honorable person, to the caravan of martyrs. But what makes patience in the face of adversity possible and even easy is paying attention to the certain and certain promise of God of a precious reward for the patient. Therefore, one must be patient and have hope and trust in the grace and protection of the Almighty.
Secondly, I assure everyone that we will not refrain from avenging the blood of your martyrs. The revenge we are considering is not only related to the martyrdom of the great leader of the revolution; rather, every member of the nation who is martyred by the enemy is an independent subject for the revenge case. Of course, a limited amount of this revenge has been realized so far, but until it is fully achieved, this case will continue to be on top of other cases, and we will be especially sensitive to the blood of our children. Therefore, the crime that the enemy deliberately committed in the case of the Shajarah Tayyiba Minab School and some similar cases has a special place in this investigation.
Thirdly, the veterans of these attacks must receive appropriate medical services free of charge and benefit from some other benefits.
Fourthly, to the extent that the current situation allows, adequate measures must be defined and implemented to compensate for the financial damages caused to personal properties and premises. The last two cases are a mandatory obligation for the respected officials, who must implement them and report them to me.
The point I must point out is that in any case we will receive compensation from the enemy and if he refuses, we will take as much of his property as we determine, and if that is not possible, we will destroy the same amount of his property.
The fifth part of the speech is addressed to the leaders and influential ranks in some of the countries of the region. We have 15 neighboring countries on land or sea and have always been and are willing to have warm and constructive relations with all of them. However, the enemy has been gradually establishing military and financial bases in some of these countries for years in order to secure its dominance over the region. In the recent attack, some military bases were used, and naturally, as we had explicitly warned, we simply attacked those bases without attacking those countries. From now on, we will inevitably continue to do so; although we still believe in the need for friendship between ourselves and those neighbors. These countries must make their duty clear to the invaders of our beloved homeland and the murderers of our people. I recommend that they close those bases as soon as possible; because they must have realized by now that the claim of establishing security and peace by America was nothing more than a lie.
This will make them more connected with their own nations, who are generally dissatisfied with their association with the infidel front and its humiliating behavior, and will increase their wealth and power. I repeat again that the Islamic Republic system, without wanting to establish domination and colonialism in the region, is fully prepared for unity and warm and sincere mutual relations with all its neighbors.
In the sixth part of the speech, I will focus on our martyred leader. Leader! With your departure, you have brought a heavy burden to everyone's hearts. You have always yearned for this outcome until finally, the Almighty God granted it to you while reciting the Holy Quran on the morning of the tenth day of Ramadan. You have endured many injustices with authority and patience and have not frowned. Many have not recognized your true worth, and perhaps it will be a long time before the various veils and obstacles along the river and its corners become clear.
We hope that from the position of proximity that has been provided for you next to the lights of the righteous, the martyrs, and the saints, you will still think about the progress of this nation and all the nations of the resistance front and intercede for it; just as you did in your worldly life. We pledge with you that for the elevation of this flag, which is the main flag
In the seventh part, I would like to thank all the nobles who have supported me, including the great religious authorities and various cultural, political, and social figures, and the people who have attended the magnificent gatherings to express renewed allegiance to the regime, as well as the officials of the three branches of government and the interim leadership council for their good measures and actions.
I hope that the special grace of God will encompass the entire Iranian nation in these blessed hours and days, and indeed all Muslims and the oppressed people of the world.
And finally, I ask our Lord, may God hasten his return, to seek from the Almighty God, in the remaining nights and days of power and the blessed month of Ramadan, a decisive victory for our nation over the enemy, as well as dignity, expansion, and well-being, and for their departed ones, positions and well-being in the hereafter.
Peace be upon you, and may God's mercy, blessings and greetings be upon you.
