while government brings about rules and policies to make citizens feel secured, we have Passport seva where police is making its own rules in Police clearance cert. Total criminal act and harassment in police station Shil-daigarh mumbai, citizens treated as PEST

What can be done with such police seva?The lady attendant there even kept shouting at me for asking questions on 1yr stay at residence for passport receiving, the lady asked me to go away,n these are rules,(on my 1st 23/6 visit to police)
They refuse to give any detail

App. no. BO4077681443026, for P.V, police visited my rented home on 19/06 and gave me only 4 days to visit them, owner NOC was pending,police gave me 1/07 date to revisit and on my revisit they refuse to accept document saying they returned it [CONT.]

On my first visit to police they put forward rule that I must have stayed in that house for 1 year else I cannot apply, when i questioned this 1 yr rule, they started insisting on owner NOC . I visit with all document on 1/07 and they refuse to take application.[CONT.]
