Oldbury has the same issue each time I use click and collect. I’ve been here 20 mins ! Called the helpline. They said we are on the way and still nothing !

Really disappointed
Placed an order and 21 items were missing. Customer service told me to wait 3–5 days for a refund while I have to pay again to replace the items
£8.99 delivery fee refunded and only £5 compensation
Order clearly wasn’t checked before it left @AsdaServiceTeam

@asda this isn't good enough. I now have 40 tins of milk I can't use. The drivers won't take them back. Today, I got snowballs, which I hate. I ordered 2 expensive Indian kormas, and got masalas, which I can't eat, due to acid reflux. I haven't had the heart to look at the rest.

@AsdaServiceTeam I was wondering why do you not issue fines for those who park in family parking bays like for disabled? This morning I saw from two seater Porsche to builder’s car everything in the family bays, but a single empty space. I got an 18m old!
