Arkefi set to dominate the RWA market!

In my last post about @_Arkefi I told you all about the rapidly evolving RWA market, and the fact that the likes of Blackrock’s CEO Larry Fink has openly said that this will be the next big sector in web3 due to its real world utility and one that they will be heavily investing in.

In this post I will be talking about tokenised Real World Assets (RWA) and why it is such an attractive proposition to one of the biggest investment management companies in the world, and why Arkefi is set to dominate the RWA market with its already fully operational and incredibly useful real world utility.

So what are RWA’s in crypto?

Real-world assets, also called RWAs, are tokens that represent certain physical assets. It could be a property such as luxury villa, objects, bonds or other luxury assets like a Lamborghini. Just like other tokens, these function on the blockchain through smart contracts, and one token can amount to a whole object as well as its part.

More generally, tokenised assets provide the potential for 24/7 exchange, faster settlement time and greater accessibility as they could be used by anyone, anywhere with a cell phone.

Why Arkefi?

With many RWA projects springing up out of nowhere on the back of Larry Fink’s statements it’s important to understand that most of them are delivering 0 utility and are just speculative. When looking for solid projects it’s important to me an investor that projects have utility ready to go and that's why i think Arkefi is set to dominate the RWA market!

Arkefi is giving investors the unique opportunity to invest in any real world asset such as a Lamborghini or a Luxury Villa by the sea.

With already established bonded warehouses that store assets situated in Switzerland. These facilities provide an ideal environment for the long-term preservation of valuable assets and adhere to stringent security measures.

Arkefi leverages its profound expertise and extensive knowledge to meticulously analyse millions of data points, encompassing risk assessment, value appreciation, and sell-through rates. This rigorous analysis provides them with comprehensive insights, enabling them to make well-informed decisions and deliver the best possible outcomes for investors.

They also have a fractional ownership model which is intentionally designed to make investing in RWA accessible to everyone, regardless of their level of experience or accreditation. My number one priority for the rest of 2024 is finding solid #RWA projects that are launching. I have been doing ample amounts of research and i believe i have come across an absolute gem that is due to launch. Conclusion

After speaking with the team and getting to know about their future plans I am initially blown away by this project and think it has the potential to become one of the biggest wallets around with its unique features. the branding is beautiful and all of their socials are immaculate, the fact this is also built around ERC-4337 which is a huge narrative right now with many big names such as Binance talking about it this could not be better timing for a project like this. If the team continues to deliver like they have pre-launch this could be one of the plays of 2024 and one I will be supporting long term.
