Compared to No Remorse, No Regret has these sections that feel unfair for a couple of minutes until you find a creative and efficient way to clear it. It also has a lot more puzzles. Destroy this, press here, spider bomb that.

The rocket launcher is the most fucked up of them because you could tell elite troopers were about to throw rockets at you because of their crouching stance. That way you could throw a spider to them or shoot them from afar.

I love how the no remorse difficulty makes it so you are always at disadvantage. Mission 1-2 guards have the laser and smg, 3-4 soldiers and thermatrons tear through everything with their endgame shotguns, and some troopers in 5 wield rocket launchers.
