Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton has filed a landmark lawsuit to ban the Muslim Brotherhood and its American front, CAIR (including its Austin, Houston, and DFW chapters), from operating anywhere in the state.

The suit charges that the Muslim Brotherhood is a radical terrorist organization seeking to overthrow governments and impose sharia law, with CAIR serving as its long-standing U.S. chapter.

Citing irrefutable terror ties - including a CAIR-Texas founder’s 2008 conviction for funneling $12.4 million to Hamas through the Holy Land Foundation and CAIR’s designation as an unindicted co-conspirator ....

The lawsuit accuses both groups of violating Texas laws against terrorism, transnational criminal organizations, property ownership by such entities, and public nuisance through gang-like radical activities.

Paxton seeks to shut down their operations entirely, prohibit property ownership, block recruitment and solicitation, and stop the spread of their violent ideology - declaring that “sharia law and the jihadists who follow it have no business in Texas” and that these groups pose an existential threat to our values, law, and order.

I'm announcing plans to file legislation to REPEAL SB2420, which moves Texas closer to UK-style online surveillance and CCP social credit scores...

And I'm asking Gov @GregAbbott_TX for an immediate special session to pass it, along with other conservative priorities that failed this year.

FULL LETTER BELOW:

Governor Abbott,

Since the 89th session, including the special sessions, was a liberal trainwreck, I sent you a letter dated September 4, 2025 asking you to call the legislature back for a special session for the following purposes:

1)Put Texas on a path to eliminate property taxes, cut taxes significantly and immediately, and make all property tax hikes illegal unless approved by the voters

2)Stop all taxpayer funding of DEI, LGBTQ indoctrination, and liberal Hollywood

3)Ban all taxpayer funded lobbying

4)End corporate welfare

5)Repeal all excessive spending increases from the previous bloated budget

I have not heard back from your office, so I am resending it in the event that the original letter did not make it to your desk.

Also, I am now requesting you add an additional item: LEGISLATION TO REPEAL SB 2420.

Texas should be leading the fight against digital IDs, UK-style online surveillance, and CCP inspired social credit scores. Yet, indefensibly, even as conservative leaders like Donald Trump Jr. and others warned against this specific bill, which takes Texas closer to all these dystopian and tyrannical policies, it was passed by the House and Senate, and you did not veto it.

I will be filing legislation to repeal it as soon as we are back in session, but, unless you call us back, we will not be in session again for a full year after this privacy destroying law goes into effect.

While proponents of this bill say it is only about “protecting children” from obscenity, that is simply not true. Texas already has laws on the book to address that issue, and this bill has no limitations restricting its applicability only to minors or to adult content. Instead, all Texas adults will be subjected to this big government, nanny state legislation.

SB 2420 grows government, takes options away from parents, and opens the door to surveillance, data abuse, and censorship.

Apparently Texas leaders need a reminder that there is no limit to the amount of tyranny that can be justified in the name of “protecting the children,” and that the road to hell is paved with good intentions.

🚨 HUGE NEWS: I’m suing @Google today.

What you’re about to see is insane.

Since 2023, @GoogleAI (Bard, Gemini & Gemma), has been defaming me with fake criminal allegations including sexual assault, child rape, abuse, fraud, stalking, drug charges, and even saying I was in Epstein’s flight logs.

All 100% fake. All generated by Google’s AI. I have ZERO criminal record or allegations.

So why did Google do it? Google’s AI says that I was targeted because of my political views.

Even worse — Google execs KNEW for 2 YEARS that this was happening because I told them and my lawyers sent cease and desist letters multiple times.

This morning, my team @dhillonlaw filed my lawsuit against Google and now I’m going public with all the receipts — because this can’t ever happen to anyone else.

Google’s AI didn’t just lie — it built fake worlds to make its lies look real:

Google’s AI routinely cited fake sources by creating fake links to REAL media outlets and shows, complete with fake headlines so readers would trust the information. It would continue to do this even if you called the AI out for lying or sending fake links. In short, it was creating fake legacy media reports as a way to launder trust with users so they would believe elaborate lies that it told.

Congress (@Jim_Jordan @JudiciaryGOP @HouseGOP) must reevaluate EVERYTHING Google has been telling them about how they’re working to be unbiased — because if Google can fabricate crimes about me today, then it can smear ANY conservative tomorrow and rig the information flow during elections.
