@klhicks912 No…Only because some of the most heart breaking stories have antagonists that are forces of nature, like hurricanes, the ocean, or earthquakes, or extreme cold or heat.

@Nilesh_Sinha @klhicks912 Hmmm… I would change that to everyone has an “enemy.” Since an enemy doesn��t have to be evil. A villain is defined by “evil” actions or motives. Sometimes people choose not to like someone even though that someone has never done anything to them.

@MSWLMA My character is a color blind scientist, so he will probably try to convince the police that he could not tell with a logical argument.

He would fail most likely and probably accrue an additional charge for something stupid and potential arrest for growing mushrooms illegally.

Plus, the writer of the post is 3 years younger. We only know the story from her perspective. She sounds like the baby of the family that gets away with everything.

@BookSpotlight Always always always ask first if you are going to do something like that. Even if they bend the pages themselves. As a rule of thumb, don’t dog/donkey ear, don’t break the spine, try not to get stains or scuffs on the book.

If you damage the book permanently pay for a new one.
