Quill 2.0 is released! It's always fulfilling to update the users list and being able to add names like Figma, Miro, and Zoom.
Also fun to write some code again - particularly "upgrading" the homepage's laptop using just CSS (compare with https://t.co/meA2LZ2ELl)

I made the switch to @quilljs in a less than an hour, and aside from a few interpolation and markup issues, the new version of @theundercloud has an editor that works.
For some of our content heavy projects we have been using @quilljs as our WYSIWYG editor, it gives us a nice JSON output we can work with and save to our database. https://t.co/pxhc0zg2Lh

@mzedeler Sorry should be working again! Reminder the email channel is only if privacy is required (not desired). Otherwise please post on public forums.
@bobmagicii Our approach to APIs is to add capabilities, not replicate what the DOM already offers. Using jquery’s html() is just fine if HTML is what you want to store!
"We chose Quill as the base of our new editor due to its browser compatibility and extensibility, but quickly realized that it was not going to have all of the functionality we needed out of the box."

@gozala @ProseMirror Glad you like the API! We do prioritize developer productivity and happiness when it comes to where to spend our time so maybe that’s the related link but we do want to be on top wrt perf too and there’s no technological reason why we couldn’t
@froala @HunterSoluk @froala Just pointing out a screencast is a pretty strong and clear statement and plenty to look into 🙂 @HunterSoluk no need to make a recording too (the recorded editor is not quill) but if you can repro please post to https://t.co/Ncne4kvjwr
I'm been making a lot of updates to my @vue and @quilljs editor, Vue2Editor.
Now includes easy integration with custom Quill modules 🎉
