@Wizards_DnD Can't say I'm a fan of the art so far compared to the MM art.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@Athorment1 @RPGPigPen Healing received a big buff in 2024 5e. I find it is hard to put down a dnd character regardless of healing capacity of the players. The new MM may change this.

@JeremyECrawford I see WOTC has already errated a couple of things in the new player s handbook. Please add to your list to fix minor conjure elementals, and that attacking with two weapons requires both weapons to be in hand when making the two weapon attacks per SAC. Thanks.

@MemesDnd Out of the 33 WOTC produced adventures I have, 22 feature a dragon. So, I think there are plenty of dragons. I counted 22 dungeons also. So roughly 2/3 of WOTC adventures include a dungeon and/or dragon based on my sample.

@goosidore That is fantastic!

@The_DrunkDragon @DnDBeyond To each their own. I am not buying digital dice, although a lot of them are pretty cool, but our group likes DDB. I am buying the new books, though. They look like improvements in every way.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@PaulWingard5 Yep. It's a dying skill, though.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@Warlockdnd I generally start with only options from the PHB, Xanathar's, and Tasha's. Anything else requires my review and approval. The books based on MTG and Critical Roll, almost always out -- they are poorly balanced vs. the core game.

@JonathanMTweet My last name is very late in the alphabet, but I felt my grades were fair (didn't always like them, but my effort in seemed to reflect my grade that came out). That said, I've found I need to double-check my grades when teaching to make sure they are all fair.

@Blackmoor_Film Many players already won't play anything that is not available in DND Beyond. Digital will likely be successful for them with a continued set of print books for those of us who still like to have books at the table.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@Warlockdnd The 2024 DND Players Handbook is enhancing and improving fighters, not nerfing them. Treantmonk has done the math.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@Owen_Stephens Much more aggressive than mine. I wish you all the best. From your Patreon post, it sounds like there might be light at the end of the tunnel for you this year. I sure hope so.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@Roronoa77812142 @caseybuilds Yes. If you enjoy fantasy adventure movies with action and comedy, I think you will enjoy this movie. No need to have DND knowledge to watch or enjoy this movie.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@gilbmarie That is fantastic! Welcome to the party.

Fantastic new gaming options for the Cypher System. The Backerkit campaign is almost over. Get over the quick if you like cyberpunk and post-apocalyptic cowboys! https://t.co/aEMKeRZMJp

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@mattcolville Great game. Should dig it out of the games closet and play a few rounds.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@PrepSurviveThrv @DnDBeyond @roll20app It looks like the free preorder will be DND Beyond only. They have not announced whether you will be able to buy it for the roll20app, Foundry, etc.

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@DyingBreedTT Survival is a good reason to loot bodies of defeated allies and enemies. The only game I've played recently that disincentivized this was Adventures in Middle Earth. There were negative repercussions to looting. Ever see Strider looting bodies of dead orcs?

[Quillogist @quillogist]

@trolllordgames I know. used to play a fair amount of Squad Leader back in the day. Now, Tides of Iron and Memoir 44 are more my style (if and when I can get someone to play.)
