@Dovepetalchile @ZackPolanski You'll still have to pay for it as the banks will own it. BTW in the 70s when water was publicly owned, it was a lot worse. They could cut your water off for not paying the bill. They can't do that now. Raw sewage was pumped out on swimming beaches. It was terrible.
