We are close to wrapping up our rock cycle unit @MilesHCPS. One "volcano", one math lesson while the magma chilled in the fridge, and igneous rocks as we headed to lunch.

A couple students also found the Imposter mineral while observing graphite. They performed a streak test.

The kids noticed the balls weren't rolling very far and a few mentioned moving to the sidewalk.
It was the perfect moment to talk about how they'd used the scientific method on their own. We'll try again Friday, this time on the sidewalk @MilesHCPS
