Days 16-20 of posting about building Pinger.

Trying to reduce the number of features my MVP has.

More features, more problems.

There is a tension between Minimum and Viable in my MVP.

I need to get it in front of peope sooner rather than later.

Day 10 of posting about building Pinger didn’t happen as my family and I were traveling from South Africa to the United Kingdom.

Traveling with a baby and a toddler is not for the faint of heart. Rest is very much needed.

So here is Day 11 of posting about building Pinger.

Some days there will be no progress. It may feel like going backwards.

It’s ok.

One of the first things I did before starting to build Pinger was to sit down and write a manifesto.

It has gone through a load of iterations but I read it every day and it fuels the building.
