Two of my companies, PatchPay Solutions(@PatchPay) and MBMC (@mbmc_ngltd ), are heavily technology-driven.

As a fintech founder @PatchPay , I rarely interact directly with customers. Most feedback comes through our team and data. MBMC, however, has been a very different experience.

Our medical team(yes, a real medical team!), —led by a US-trained physician and supported by Registered Nurses—, is always available to guide you through the available options. Every client is assigned a dedicated nurse who provides weekly follow-ups, guidance, and accountability throughout the program. Even if you’ve already decided on a particular treatment, we’ll carefully assess your needs and recommend the option that is most suitable for your goals. Sometimes, the best solution isn’t necessarily the one you came asking for.
