@sainsburys please could someone help me sort out a refund for a food to order online order. Website wouldn’t let me cancel it even though it’s within the timeframe for cancelling. 12 plus phone calls later and I am still trying to get hold of the “refunds team” !!!

Beyond a joke. How hard is it to cancel an order. I’m now going to be making yet another call to no avail. Who is going to pay for the hours taken out of my day to get this rectified…
