@IndyDPW can somebody please turn this stoplight at 29th and Illinois St. to flashing yellow? It’s been hell for months and Illinois from the south has been closed. “No turn on red” so we can’t even turn from one-way onto one-way.

@PJLambie @WilliamHazen7 @Turtle_Mane We had a similar situation in Bloomington. Long dangerous crosswalk, provided ramp from street side as well as stairs, to maximize convenience of the bridge. Ironically IU convinced city/INDOT to abandon the plan, because they had recently built a nearby tunnel. All possible here
