I honestly feel so motivated it’s insane, it’s like I’m in my honeymoon phase again.
I’m using the losertown weight loss prediction and I’m already like a kg under what I was predicted to weigh
@ilveli_ I think you should try a new approach, I don’t know what you have attempted to get better but if what you’ve been doing in the past hasn’t worked then perhaps you should try something new. Either way I wish you the best 🩷

@star_vinglea It depends on your calorie intake and activity but maybe around half a year or less? I think 4kg a month can be reasonable if you consume 900cal or smt with som activity. So 16kg in 4 months?

(3/3) I’m quite a high weight, I’m not sure if I’m open to share it yet, but what I will say is that I’ll be aiming to speedrun until the start of July, then I’ll probably focus on slower weight-loss.
I just want to say that I’m doing better mentally, and am honestly hopeful :D
(2/3) I can have even more fun with them when thrifting, or swimming, or anything really. There’s also other things, like the fact that I’m visiting family during the summer, that lead to me relapsing.
I’m going to be active here again until I lose the weight :)
